Calling all Masters Athletes! Get ready for this ultimate MASTERS ONLY throwdown event. Offering both Rx and Scaled divisions this competition is for both new and experienced athletes to test their skills.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

EVENT #1 - AMRAP 12min

RX DIVISION

  • 1 Rope Climb
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24"/20", Step-ups not allowed)

SCALED DIVISION

  • 5 Power Cleans (95/65) (75/55)
  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65) (75/55)
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24"/20", Step-ups allowed)

 

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

EVENT #2A - 8min For Weight

  • 3 REP MAX - FRONT SQUAT

Lift must be performed from the ground. First rep is permitted to be a power clean. 

Once 8min is complete, athletes will move on to Event #2B immediately. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better | Time Cap: 8

EVENT #2B - "HEAVY JACKIE" - 8MIN TIME CAP (OR MAX REPS) 

RX DIVISION
