Event description

Our goal is to provide our local athletes an opportunity to showcase their skills and fitness levels across all capacities of strength, endurance, stamina and speed. 

All participates will have access to a dedicated athletes area. There will be space for family and friends to watch. 

Registration is now open for Male and Female Pairs- RX & Recreational Divisions until Tuesday May 1, 2018

Spaces are limited
Comp- 15 spots- Male/Female Pair
Rec- 15 spots- Male/Female Pair

Registration includes athlete goody bag.

Cash prizes for Top Male and Female Rx Athletes.

Prizes will also be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place Rx and Top 3 for Male and Female recreation divisions.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 10

WOD 1 *10:00 TIME CAP


Females: 30 Snatches for time (Comp #95 / Rec#65)

Remainder of time find a 1 rep max Snatch (power or squat)


Males:  30 Clean and Jerks for time (Comp #135 / Rec #95)

Remainder of time find a 1 rep max Clean and Jerk


This will be scored as two different events - A and B (both times will be added together for A and Both weights added together for part B

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

MAX Calories - Assault Bike

Max 80ft - Sled Pushes

Partner A pushes 80 feet then switch while partner is accumulating calories on the bike.

Score is based on # of pushes and calories on the bike

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 8


Female - Male

40 cal ski erg

80 double unders / 80 singles

100ft Handstand Walk / 100 ft bear crawl


Male can begin as soon as Female completes her 80 double unders however cannot advance to handstand walk until Female is completed the workout

*Time is complete when male finishes his handstand walk
