Girls Gone Rx Canada is coming back to Belleville, ON for its' 4th year!! We're super excited to announce this popular location, hosted by Belleville!

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Teams of 3 Badass Ladies: 
4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score which counts towards 5% of your total score

Divisions: Rx and BAM (Badass in the Making)

Refunds
We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Workout No. 1: "The OG"
10 Minutes to Establish the following lifts:
Athlete 1: 5RM Back Squat
Athlete 2: 3RM Front Squat
Athlete 3: 1RM Overhead Squat

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Workout No. 2A & 2B “Just Hang On”
2A: AMRAP in 11 Minutes:
10 Partner Deadlifts 265lbs (BAM = 215lbs)
6 Burpees over Barbell
6* Toes to Bar (BAM = Hanging Knee Raises)
*Increase TTB reps by 2 each round

2B: AMRAP in 11 Minutes:
Row for Calories

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Workout No. 2A & 2B “Just Hang On”

Workout No. 3: “I Just Pee’rd”
4 Rounds for Time:
100 Double Unders (BAM = Single Unders)
50 Shoulder to Overhead 105lbs (BAM = 75lbs)
25 Box Jumps 20” (BAM = Step Ups allowed)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Time Cap: 12

Workout No. 4: “Only Prescription is more Dumbbell”
For Time:
300 Dumbbell Snatches 35lbs (BAM = 20lbs)
300 Dumbbell OHS 35lbs (BAM = Dumbbell Goblet Squats 35lbs)
* EMOM: 4 Team Syncro Burpees, starting at 0:00.
* Teams may partition the reps however between snatches and squats. Workout is finished when all 600 reps have been completed.
