JSA's Annual In-House Competition! Open only to current JSA Members.

 

JSA's Second Annual In-House Competition!!!

It was so much fun last year, how could we NOT do it again! 
The 2nd Annual JSA In-House Competition is going down on Saturday, 2/3/18! 

WHO CAN ATTEND? EVERYONE! There will be a Kids division, Teens division, Scaled and RX divisions, as well as a Master's division both Scaled and RX. This is a one-day competition open to ALL JSA CrossFit members!

WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS? The workouts will be announced shortly with video demonstrations, but the movements will be achievable by everyone!

WHAT IS THE COST? Registration is only $23 and includes a delicious lunch from FITfood! All profits from the event will go towards purchasing equipment for the gym and upon registration, you will get to vote on what equipment you would like to see the most at JSA!
