We're back at it again! The 3rd Annual Shakas & Snatches Partner Competition to celebrate our 4th Anniversary!


Shakas and Snatches + Alaka`i Present:
 
The 2018 Terrible Twos Partner competition!
  • 5 workouts. Two person same-sex teams (MM or FF).
  • Tons of fun, giveaways, and prizes for all!
Offering RX, Scaled, and Masters 40 and 50+ Divisions
 
Athletes will be asked to BYOJ (bring their own judge), and be prepared to judge twice. 
 
***Registrations after March 14th do not guarantee event shirts.
***Event is non-refundable after 3/14. If both athletes drop, you must find a replacement team. If one athlete drops, you can sub the athlete up until the day of the competition. Strict no refund policy will be enforced. Please understand as it makes it difficult to create heats and other event planning details.

Scaled+Master 50's will do 5 reps for all movements, and air squats instead of pistols.

2.5 minute cap.

12 Alternating Burpees over your partner

Remaining time max cal bike. Switch whenever you want.

Pull Ups

Scaled + Master 50 may sub 3 deadlifts 1 for pull up. Ex. 15 deadlifts = 5 pull ups.
