The purpose of Femme Royale Women's Competitions are to bring like minded women together. To compete with one another not against one another. To overcome self limiting beliefs and challenges in a empowering environment. To encourage, support and lift one another up. 

 
Over the years, Julie Adam a dear friend has competed in numerous events. She has spread her love of fitness, and helping others all over Southern California. On February 3rd, we are hosting an event in her honor. Julie has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, and we are raising funds to help her aid in  her recovery.

Please join  us in working out for a cause at Pharos Athletic Club in Los Angeles. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Workout One AMRAP 8 Mins 20 Calorie Assault Bike 20 DBall Over the Shoulder 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20 Weight for the DBALL Female Fun -- 60lbs Female RX -- 80lbs Male Fun -- 80lbs Male RX -- 100lbs One athlete working at a time.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Workout Two 7 minutes to Both Find 3 Rep Max Bench Press Then 3 Minutes Max Effort Pistols ( RX ) or Jumping Air Squats ( FUN ) One athlete working at a time. ​

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Workout Three // You Go, I Go 6 Rounds for Time (each person does 3 rounds) Sprint 200m Meters on Skill Mills 5 Clusters (Clean + Thruster) Female Fun -- 75lbs Female RX -- 125lbs Male Fun -- 135lbs Male RX -- 185lbs Time Cap 16 minutes Each partner will complete a full round and then switch. 6 rounds total between the two athletes (3 rounds each).

Floater Sled/Prowler Max Effort for 3 minutes
