Event description

The 2nd annual Plex Games hosted by CrossFit 557 will be held at the McKendree Metro Rec Plex in O'Fallon, IL. Despite it's youthfulness, we see The Plex Games as being one of the staple competitions of the St. Louis Metropolitan area. The Plex event space offers 20,000 sq. ft. of competition floor with 3000+ seats for spectators. We will also offer a 5,000 sq. ft. mezzanine for athletes as well as another 5,000 sq. ft. mezzanine designated for vendors overlooking the competition floor. This will be one event that you won't want to miss. The Plex Games will be giving away a great prize pack for our top finishers including prize money for all podium finishers. The Plex Games is a 4 person team competition comprised of 2 Male / 2 Female Teams.

1 RM Snatch

Each athlete will have (2) 60-second windows to attempt a 1 RM snatch with 60-second rest between.
