Event description

Crossfuel Nutrition, Rush Club Nation, Sweat Rx magazine, Rehband, Coexiste CrossFit & Platinum Rig are all collaborating together for the first time to bring you two days of awesome competition at the metro Toronto Convention Centre at the Toronto Pro Supershow for a good cause! All to support the Sickkids foundation fight childhood obesity campaign. With over 10,000 square feet of designated space, witness head-to-head functional fitness competitions unlike any other.

Throughout the two days:

1 - Watch 48 teams of 4 comprised of two men and women in intermediate, pro and masters divisions, strategize and work through 3 grueling workouts to make it to the last round. Watch the top 4 go head-to-head in a reset, even playing field grand finale where winner takes all.

 2 - Experience rush club over the course of the weekend. An individual invite-only head-to-head weight class functional training competition. A first of its kind in Canada and an incredible must watch!

Teams will compete against the clock to complete our obstacle course. Obstacle WOD 10 Burpee Tire Jumps 15 Tire Deadlifts (next athlete starts) Inverted Wall Bear Crawl to line, then go back.... Farmer Walk Slant Wall Rig Sandbag sprint to starting point aka The finish line. *athletes can help each other but must cross finish line in order that they started*

8 Minute Clock EMOM (Every minute on the minute) 1 male and 1 Female completes 30DU's In remaining time, 2nd male and female completes: AMRAP Power Snatch 95/65 lbs.
