The Wynwood Throwdown is headed into its 4th Year!!!
 
In 2017 The Wynwood Throwdown redefined itself by combining athleticism and showmanship with an artsy electric atmosphere.  Inspired by the grassroots beginnings, off-the-grid mentality, artistic identity and diversity of the Wynwood community; the Wynwood Throwdown invented the ART of COMPETITION!

*WB WORK: 1 athlete begins by taking WB 30FT there, load 4 SB, then turn 30FT back, deload 4 SB, bring barrel back for 30FT. The athlete must complete the full 120 FT and 8 total SB reps in order to rotate partners

*Other 2 athlete begin working on DL and HSPU, only 1 working at a time.  These 2 may complete 1 full round, but may NOT continue until a full 120FT of WB work has been completed by 1 athlete
