Same Gender teams of 2 - Rx, Intermediate, Masters

RX division requires:
Ability to complete Open as RX (Muscle ups NOT required)

Intermediate requires:
Ability to complete open as scaled division (pull ups/TTB required)

37 years and up * requirements same as intermediate

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For time: Run, 800 m 50 Toes-to-bars 30 Power Snatches 20 Synchronized Burpees Row, 2000 m 20 Synchronized Burpees 30 Power Snatches 50 Toes-to-bars 80 Kettlebell Swings Both team members must start run at same time. Divide The total work between both team members Snatch weight RX 135/85 Intermediate 95/65 Kettle Bell weight RX 70/53 Intermediate 53/35

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

With a continously running clock perform: 1 Clean & Jerk, 135/75 lbs in the first 1 min 1 Clean & Jerk, 135/75 lbs + 10 lbs in the second 1 min 1 Clean & Jerk, 135/75 lbs + 20 lbs in the third 1 min ... Continuing this for as long as you are able. each athlete will have 1 minute to complete Clean and Jerk. Weight Increases by 10lbs per minute- If athletes can make Clean but can not complete Jerk, the athlete can continue to move up the ladder only performing Clean, however will no longer accrue points for Jerk. Two ladders will be available L1 and L2- Athletes can choose which ladder to start at. 11:20am-Womens L1 75lbs-165lbs TBD:Womans L2 105lbs-195lbs TBD -Mens L1 135lbs-225lbs TBD-Mens L2 225lbs-315lbs The athlete may only choose one ladder and can not move to other ladder if ladder chose is completed, Score will be teams combined total (max) weight

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

As many reps as possible in 16 mins of: 3 Thrusters 3 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 6 Thrusters 6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 9 Thrusters 9 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 12 Thrusters 12 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 15 Thrusters 15 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 18 Thrusters 18 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 21 Thrusters 21 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc. Each Partner will complete 2 - 4 minute segments of Ladder. The ladder continues to move up where partner left off.
