The BIG3 (MMM or FFF) 3-person team functional fitness/CF competition

When: Saturday, January 20th. 8AM-1:30PM

The BIG3 is a 3-person, same gender (MMM or FFF), functional fitness team competition for athletes of all skill levels. At and hosted by Chino . 

Whether your are new to CF, or a veteran ter, this event is for YOU!  Get ready for the CF Open and test your strength and skills in the first competition of 2018.  Grab 2 friends and build your power team. Register early, this event will sell out fast.

Registration: $200 per team. Entry fee covers: Team entry fee for 3 persons, 4+ separate scored events, (3) exclusive athlete event shirt, sponsor goodies at check-in, access to a huge vendor village, and an opportunity to prove your fitness in front of family, friends, and the largest crowds in Southern California with massive prize packs for podium teams! Discount Code:

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

EVENT 1 - "AFTERBURN" (10 minute cap)

24  burpee pull-ups
40 Thrusters

30 Thrusters
12  burpee pull-ups

ADV/Rx 135/95, burpee chest to bar pull ups, 
INT 115/65, burpee chin-over bar pull ups, 
FUN 95/45, burpee knee-ups

E2-E3-E4-E5  - "TIME CRISIS" (10 minutes)
EVENT 2 - Team Max distance sled push - AMRAP 3 minutes (Weight loads to be announced on event day).
 - 1 minute transition - 
EVENT 3 - Team Max Calorie Assault Bike (AMRAP 6 mins)*
EVENT 4 - Team Max Calorie Rower  (AMRAP 6 mins)*
EVENT 5 - Team Max Calorie Ski Erg  (AMRAP 6 mins)*
* Athletes will rotate every 2 minutes

EVENT 6 - SPEED LADDER - Axle Bar Clean + Front Squat

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS TO FUTURE EVENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Athlete substitution up until the day of event by having your substitute athlete sign your team waiver on event day.
