Event description

On Saturday August 22,  75 teams consisting of FOUR athletes (2 men, 2 women) will arrive at Valley in Van Nuys, CA to showcase why Southern California is the most hardcore region in the world. Affiliates and sponsors will be limited to four (4) teams. Athletes will compete in three games level team workouts.  WOD’s will be challenging, intense, but most importantly fun. 

The top 3 finishing teams will earn a podium spot along with the coveted Shakedown trophy & over $6,000 in prizes.

TEAM FORMAT:

  • 4 Person Team (2 men + 2 women)

PRICE:

  • $400 per Team

HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. Choose a Team Captain, Team Captain should have team members names, email addresses, genders and shirt sizes ready to provide at time of registration.
  2. Team Captain registers and pays for your team.
