TFX presents the 1st annual Winter War Games at The Fort. This team competition is going to be epic and one you will not want to miss! Athletes will compete in 4 WODS over the course of the day that will for sure test your overall fitness! Grab your partner and sign up as soon as possible!

  • Location: Spanish Fort, Alabama

  • Teams of 2 - Male/Male, Female/Female, or Male/Female
  • Will consist of a Rx, scaled and teen division

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: Tiebreak times will be after the 7th complex at 135/95# and after the 5th complex at 165/105#. If a team cannot perform a complex at the next set of weights, the tiebreak time will be used to determine placement.

Complex = 3 Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Jerks

All 9 reps of the complex must be completed unbroken for the complex to count. You may partition complexes with your partner as you wish.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

3 Minute Max Calorie Bike - Alternate bike between partners as you wish, however before starting bike and each time you switch partners, you both must perform 5 burpees to plate.
