WHAT:

 

From the creators of FirePower’s popular SUMMER LEAGUE, we bring to you, the FirePower Winter Games.  This is an “In-house” MEMBERS ONLY pairs competition for members only. We have created 3 different divisions to make this as inclusive as possible to all of our members. Whether you are an Rx athlete, in it for fun, or an avid IGNITE member, there is a division for you!

Divisions

 

**All divisions will consists of same gender pairs of either two males or two females.**

 

RX  - MALE / RX FEMALE

 

INT - MALE / INT FEMALE

 

IGNITE - 1 division, same gender or mixed!

 

HOW:

 

Cost per team is $60 per team. 

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

RX Division AMRAP 10 15 WallBalls (20/14) 50 Double Unders 10 Toes 2 Bar Partners will alternate through movements, finishing one bfore the next movements starts. Ie. P1 does 15 Wallballs, then P2 does 50 Double Unders, then P1 does 10 Toes 2 Bar, etc... Partners will continue in this fashion until Time is called! Intermediate and Ignite AMRAP 10 15 Wallballs 75 Single Unders 15 Knee Raises

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

In a 10 Minute window, From 0:00 - 5:00 P1 - Has 5 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean and Jerk From 5:00 - 10:00 P2 - Has 5 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

"Dumbbell DT" AMRAP 10 12 DB Deadlifts (20/15) 9 DB Hang Cleans (20/15) 6 DB Push Jerks (20/15) ** 1 Partner will complete an entire round, then the other partner will complete a round. Continue the workout in this fashion until Time is called, accumulating as many reps as possible. **

AMRAP 10 10 Handstand Push Ups 20 C2B Pull Ups 30 Thrusters (95/65Rx or 75/55Int) ** Partners may split the work however they would like to. Does not have to be equal! **

50 Cal Row 50 Box Jumps 50 Kb Swings (70/53) 50 Partner Deadlifts (315/225) Once partners have completed the chipper, they will use the remainder of the 10 minutes to accumulate as many Synchro Burpees As Possible.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP 10 6 Wall Walks 30 Jumping Pull Ups 50 DB Snatches (35/20) Partners may split the work as much as they would like. Does not have to be equal!

50 Cal Row 50 Box Jumps 50 Synchro Plate Squats (25/15) 50 Kettlebell Swings (Green/Orange) *In the Remainder of time, complete as many "Synchro Burpee to Plate" as possible. *
