This is an old style CrossFit team competition meaning, in part, that the team is stronger than the sum of its parts. While it would be great for every team member to be able to do all movements, it is not necessary. For example, if a team member does not have pull ups, the other team members can do the pull ups and the team member without them can pick up other movements for the team.

Standards are that at least one man and one woman must be able to complete the following:
Deadlift (225, 155)
Clean and Jerk (135, 95)
Snatch (115, 75)
KBS (70, 53)
Pull Ups, Toes to Bar, HSPUs, Double Unders, etc.
No MUs this time 'round.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

The Hopper Part 1 This part of the workout goes from 3-2-1 Go until the 8 minute mark. Three movements will be pulled from a hopper.
