13-17yrs (Top 15 athletes qualify per sex, 30 total)

Scaled
16 years of age or older (Top 30 athletes qualify per sex, 60 total)

Masters
35 years of age or older (Top 15 athletes qualify per sex, 30 total)

RX
16+ (Top 90 athletes qualify per sex, 180 total)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

1 - Distance & Category variations: This beep test will be performed over a 15m distance and will be the same for all categories. (The 15m distance must be clearly shown on your video) 2 - Recording your attempt: Athletes must perform their beep test attempt via a live Facebook feed, athletes must shoot from an angle where you can see both ends of the 15m distance where a judge must be present at both ends (Judge does not need to be a verified CrossFit judge).

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

0-3min = Strength - Triple hang clean (Score = For Weight)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

3-6min = Gymnastics - 12 Pistols + 6 Bar Muscle Ups AMRAP (Score = For Reps)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

6-9min = Engine - 1 legless rope climb + 6 Overbar Burpees AMRAP (Score = For Reps)   

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

40 Deadlift 120/80kg

30 STOH 60/40kg

20 Sandbag Bear Complex 40/20kg
