CHRISTMASPALOOZA 2017We are changing it up this year introducing a same sex pairs format with a masters mixed division!
RX or Scaled????
Don't worry about what division you are registering for as there will be seeding WODs to determine the appropriate divisions. Two events will determine RX or SCALED
Event 1 & Event 2 will be seeding WODs to determine the 50% (RX) and 50% (SCALED)
Masters Mixed Division will be "OPEN" (no seeding wods)
Each Team will be GUARANTEED 4 WODS
Seeding Wods will be accumulative towards your teams overall score......NO SANDBAGGING!
Top Teams Will Enter a Final WOD

5 Min Clock: 10 Ground to Overhead @95/65 10 Ground to Overhead @115/85 10 Ground to Overhead @135/95 10 Ground to Overhead @ 155/105 10 Ground to Overhead @ 185/125 Amrap Ground to Overhead @ 185 with remaining time.
