This is the 3rd Edition of the Lithuanian Throwdown.

Each year we invite Fitness community to participate in one of the biggest functional fitness competition around Baltic States. It doesn’t matter how long you have been training, or what shape you are in. What matters is if you are ready to test own limits. A competition will motivate you like nothing else to work on your weaknesses and celebrate your victories with those around you.
