La série UG équipe est très heureux de lancer notre nouveau cas 29 août au Parc Jean Drapeau dans la belle ville de Montréal.

Le parc Jean-Drapeau uniques, réputé pour sa programmation culturelle et sportive diversifiée, est l'endroit idéal pour la famille et amis pour profiter de leur jour tout en encourageant leurs athlètes préférés. Et ce est à seulement 5 minutes du centre-ville de Montréal!

La communauté dans la province de Québec est très forte et passionnée de la concurrence. L'environnement de la plage est l'endroit parfait pour écraser quelques séances d'entraînement, et l'accrocher avec des amis.

Les équipes sont composées de quatre athlètes, 2 hommes et 2 femmes. De nouveaux membres de votre boîte aux cracheurs de feu Rx, nous avons divisions pour tout le monde.

Rx athlètes individuels seront en compétition pour de l'argent a ses prix, ainsi que d'une entrée gratuite dans notre vraie invitation True North Strong.

Les personnes RX - Masculin et Féminin concurrence vendredi et samedi (9000 $ en prix en argent et une place à True North Strong)
Equipes - amateur - Semi Pro - RX concurrence samedi
Masters - Masculin et féminin concurrencer samedi

The UG Series Team is very excited to launch our newest event Aug. 29 at Parc Jean Drapeau in the beautiful city of Montreal.

The unique parc Jean-Drapeau, renowned for its diverse cultural and sports programming, is the perfect place for family, and friends to enjoy their day while cheering for their favourite athletes. And it’s only 5 minutes from downtown Montreal!

The community in the province of Quebec is very strong and passionate about competition. The beach environment is the perfect place to crush some workouts, and hang with friends.

Teams consist of 4 athletes, 2 male and 2 female. From the newest members of your box to the Rx fire breathers, we have divisions for everyone.

Individual Rx athletes will be competing for cash prizing, as well as a free entry into our True North Strong invitational.

RX Individuals - Male & Female compete Friday & Saturday ( $9000 in cash prizing and a spot at True North Strong ) 
Teams - Amateur - Semi Pro - RX compete Saturday 
Masters - Male & Female compete Saturday
( Over $20,000 in prizing )

Each athlete performs the following movements for time (12min time cap): 3 RFT: 6 Keg over Yoke @ 4’ minimum 40’ Yoke Carry @ 330 (4x45#) 40’ Keg Carry 2 Rope Climbs @15’ 40’ Yoke Carry back 40’ Keg Carry back

Each athlete will complete the following for time (17min time cap): 1000 m Row 30 DB Alternating Snatch @ 75 lb 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs 200 m Swim (1 point for each 100 m completed)

Teams will work in pairs to complete 2x 5:00 Amraps of: 1:00 transition between pairs 6 Keg lifts over yoke (3 each passing to each other) A1 carries yoke 40’ @330/250 (RX) 290/210 (SP) 210/150 A2 carries keg 40’ 2 Rope Climbs (1 each) Switch carries and back to start.

Working in Pairs (19:00 CAP) 1000 m Row (each at the same time) 30 Alternating DB Snatch 75/55/35 (Synchronized) 30 Burpee Box Jumps 24”/20” (Alternating from either side of box) 200 m Swim (pairs swim together)
