KMF CrossFit will be hosting our start of the year Brawl February 2018!

We welcome local CrossFit gyms to join us in this community friendly partner style competition!
ADMISSION IS FREE FOR SPECTATORS!

We suggest to bring cash to enjoy treats and services from our on-site vendors. Parking is free and accessible for disabled persons.

Both athletes establish a 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk OR Snatch 

 

Score: combined total points

C&J = 1 point per pound 

Snatch = 1.5 points per pound 

 

Details: Unlimited attempts within the 6min time frame with only 1 athlete lifting at a time. 

Lift must be completed within a 8X8' Box

Details: athlete (A) will start with KB Squats followed by a suicide style sprint. As soon as athlete (A) crosses start/finish line, athlete (B) will start with KB Squats, followed by suicide sprint. Athletes will continue to switch in "relay style" until clock expires.
