Crossfit Whittier welcomes you to compete in our first annual Battle Royale taking place on Saturday December 9th 2017..

This will be a partner event M/M or F/F competing in 1 of 4 divisions, Rx, Masters 40+, Intermediate, or Beginner.. There will be 3 scheduled workouts consisting of the following:

WOD 1 -  Quad Damn

12 Min Time Cap

70 Calorie Row
60 Goblet Squat - Rx 70/53 Int/Masters 53/35 Beginner 35/26
50 Burpees over the Erg 
40 KB Lunges 
30 Burpees over the Erg

WOD 2 - Power Surge

8 Min AMRAP
3 Power Cleans - Rx 156/105, Int/Masters 135/95, Beginner 95/65
3 Front Squats 
3 Push Jerks 

Partners must complete a full rounds before switching

WOD 3 - Just Hanging Around

400 Meter Run
20 Chest to bar - Int/Masters Pull Ups, Beg Jumping P.U.
30 Toes To Bar - Int/Masters K2E, Beginner High Knees
40 Wall Balls - Rx 30/20, Int/Masters 20/14, Beg 14/10
