Girls Gone Rx is proud to announce our 1st Annual event in Waukesha, WI.

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Teams of 3 Badass Ladies:
4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score

We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

10 Minutes total for the team to establish ... for each athlete: 1rm Cluster Details: * 1 Athlete works at a time * Athletes may go in any order, and the barbell weight may go up or down * Collars must be used * No "Push Jerk" Thrusters will be allowed * Must be a squat clean thruster (ok to pause in the bottom), not a power clean + front squat + push press * Score = A1 1rm+ A2 1rm+ A3 1rm

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For Time: 100 Cals on Rower 150 Box Jumps 20" 200 Double Unders Details: * Athletes may switch out at any point * An Athlete may be rowing at all times, while another Athlete is working towards Box Jumps or Double Unders. * Only 1 Athlete may be working at a time for the box jump and double unders * Teams may partition reps as needed between Box Jumps and Double Unders throughout workout * Time Cap = 12 Minutes * Score = Time (1 second added to time cap for every rep short)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP in 10 minutes: 50 Wall Ball Shots 14lbs to 9ft 25 Partner Deadlifts 215lbs Details: * 1 Athlete works at a time for the Wall Ball Shots, 2 Athletes work at a time during partner deadlifts, and Athletes may switch out at any point between movements * Partner Deadlifts: This is a traditional deadlift with 2 athletes on 1 barbell. Both athletes must be facing the same direction, and any grip on the barbell is allowed. Both athletes must have full extension of the hips and knees with the shoulders behind the barbell at the top. * Score = Reps

For Time: 21 Syncro Snatches 55lbs 21 Syncro Burpees over Barbell 21 Team Sit-Ups 15 Syncro Snatches 65lbs 15 Syncro Burpees over Barbell 15 Team Sit-Ups 9 Syncro Snatches 75lbs 9 Syncro Burpees over Barbell 9 Team Sit-Ups -Then- With remaining time Max Rep Toes to Bar* *1 second off 21-15-9 team score for each Toes To Bar repetition Details: * 2 Athletes Work in syncro during the snatches and burpees, 3 Athletes work during the sit-ups * Teams will be given 2 barbells, required weights to change out, and AbMats. * Syncro: - Snatches: Once both barbells are locked out overhead and both athletes are standing tall the rep will be complete and the athletes may begin the next rep. Athletes may complete any style snatch of their choosing. - Burpees: Once both athletes chest touches the ground, Athletes may begin to jump with 2 feet over their own barbells for 1 rep. * Team Sit-Ups: Athletes will interlock arms and complete sit ups in unison. All athletes must touch their shoulder blades to the ground in synco, sit-up while maintaining a interlocking arm at the elbow with feet on the ground at all times; rep is completed when all athletes base of the neck is past their hips. * Toes To Bar: 1 Athlete works at a time. Feet behind the plane of the pull up bar, feet touch the pull up bar for 1 repetition. For every rep, 1 second will be taken off the 21-15-9 score. Teams may opt to not complete Toes To Bar if they choose. * Time Cap= 15 Minutes (1 second will be added to the time cap for every rep short)
