Onsite Competition for Teams

Event description

The 2017 Apollo Games will be a co-ed team competition consisting of one male athlete and one female athlete. We are only accepting 100 teams so sign up quickly! Choose which division you would like to compete in based off of the criteria below.

RX Teams:

RX men must be able to perform multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:

  • ·         Rowing
  • ·         Running (short distances)
  • ·         Bar Muscle-ups
  • ·         Box Jumps (30”)
  • ·         Double Unders
  • ·         Deadlift (155)
  • ·         Power Clean (155)
  • ·         Push Jerk (155)
  • ·         Thruster (135)
  • ·         Snatch (135)

RX women must be able to perform multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:

  • ·         Rowing
  • ·         Running (short distances)
  • ·         Bar Muscle-ups
  • ·         Box Jumps (30”) *can use hands
  • ·         Double Unders
  • ·         Deadlift (105)
  • ·         Power Clean (105)
  • ·         Push Jerk (105)
  • ·         Thruster (95)
  • ·         Snatch (95)

 

Scaled Teams:

 Scaled men must be able to perform multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:

  • ·         Rowing
  • ·         Running (short distances)
  • ·         Pull-ups
  • ·         Box Jumps (30”) *can use hands
  • ·         Single Unders
  • ·         Deadlift (115)
  • ·         Power Clean (115)
  • ·         Push Jerk (115)
  • ·         Thruster (115)
  • ·         Snatch (95)

Scaled women must be able to perform multiple reps with the following movements and weights listed:

  • ·         Rowing
  • ·         Running (short distances)
  • ·         Pull-ups
  • ·         Box Jumps (30”) *can use hands
  • ·         Single Unders
  • ·         Deadlift (85)
  • ·         Power Clean (85)
  • ·         Push Jerk (85)
  • ·         Thruster (85)
  • ·         Snatch (65)

Please park at the YMCA or in the parking lot across the street. Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks. Partial refunds will be allowed if requested at least 10 days before the event (minus t-shirt expense and competition corner's fee, $50) and partner substitutions have to be made at least 3 days before the event.
