DELTA FORCE Functional Fitness/ CF Team Competition

When: Sunday, November 12th. 8AM-1:30PM

Where: CrossFit Crown City, Pasadena CA 91105

Delta Force is a 3-person, same gender (MMM or FFF), functional fitness team competition for athletes of all skill levels. At and hosted by CrossFit Crown City, Pasadena CA 91105.

5 DIVISIONS:  Teams consist of 3 people - same gender (3 men or 3 women): Men's Advanced/Rx, Women's Advanced/Rx, Men's Intermediate, Women's Intermediate, and FUN. Prizes awarded to Top finishers in each division.

TO REGISTER:

One person registers and pays for the team (team captain). Have team members' names, emails, shirt sizes, birthdates, etc. available when registering.

Entry fee covers: Team entry fee for 3 persons, (3) Event T-shirts, 4+ separate scored events, and lots of FUN with the fitness community.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: Repetitions

2 rounds for time: 21-15-9 DB Thrusters Pull ups DB - ADV 50#/35#, INT 35#/25#, 25#/15# Pull ups - ADV Chest to bar, INT chin over bar, FUN jumping chin-over pull ups Time cap: 9 minutes Part A and Part B will be performed simultaneously.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Max Calorie Assault Bike Part a and Part B will be performed simultaneously. Time cap: as many repetitions as possible in 9 minutes

6 rounds for time 12 deadlifts 9 hang cleans 6 jerks ADV 155/105, INT 135/85, FUN 95/65

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

After competition of 6 rounds DT, with remaining time Max heavy d-ball cleans ADV 150/80, INT 100/70, FUN 70/50
