Event description

Youth FitFest is a fitness competition for kids ages 7-17. As the sport of fitness continues to grow, Youth FitFest offers the next generation of athletes the thrill of competition in a structured and responsible format.

The Youth FitFest Competition at Milton District High School is pairs competitions (individual for Kids division) for all skill levels and abilities, with appropriate age segments and fun, varied programming designed by leading industry professionals.

This new venue, allows for a variety of "playing fields" for young athletes to test their skills and push their limits.

- RX & SCALED VARSITY MALE PAIRS [ AGES 15-17]
- RX & SCALED VARSITY FEMALE PAIRS [ AGES 15-17] 
- RX & SCALED VARSITY COED PAIRS [ AGES 15-17]
- RX & SCALED JR. VARSITY MALE PAIRS [ AGES 13-14]
- RX & SCALED JR. VARSITY FEMALE PAIRS [ AGES 13-14] 
- RX & SCALED JR. VARSITY COED PAIRS [ AGES 13-14]
- PRETEEN  PAIRS [ AGES 10-12] (CAN BE MALE/MALE FEMALE/FEMALE OR MALE/FEMALE)
- KIDS INDIVIDUAL [7-9]

COST: $65/Athlete | $130/Team

NOTE: Team registrations must to be completed by one team member for both athletes.

They can alternate AMRAPS or go back to back (example: partner 1 can do 1 and 3 and partner 2 can do 2 and 4 OR partner 1 can do 1 and 2 and partner 2 can do 3 and 4)
