Join us as we stay fit and keep moving over this festive season. Dont wait until after Christmas start today and do a little each day to add up to a triumphant total of meters in 6weeks!!

Choose your movement either Ride, Row (erg), Run, Walk or a mixture of all, then decide on your target distance. 


RIDE - 250km, 500km, 1,000km

ROW - 100km, 250km, 500km

RUN - 100km, 250km, 500km

WALK - 50km, 100km, 200km

MIXED MODAL - 100km, 500km, 1,000km

Log in to competition corner Daily or Weekly and update your workout progress.

Post a photo on social media with your progress and #responsefitness 

Grab a friend or family member to join you too.
