Girls Gone Rx is proud to announce our 2nd Annual event at  Cafe and Virginia Beach Barbell Club

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Teams of 3 Badass Ladies:
4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score

Refunds
We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For Time: Athlete 1 50M Sled Pull 175lbs 350M Plate Run 35lbs Athlete 2 50M Run 100M Sled Pull 140lbs 250M Plate Run 35lbs Athlete 3 150m Run 150m Sled Pull 105lbs 400m Plate Run 35lbs

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

With a Continuous running clock for 2 separate scores: 2A: AMRAP in 4 minutes: Cleans 2A Workout Notes: - Teams will choose the barbell weight for the event. ALL teams will give the score table their BB weights prior to the start of the workout.  - BB weight may not change once the Team Captain gives the weight.  - No min or max work requirement, and teams may switch out athletes at any point during the workout. - Cleans may be any style from the ground: Muscle, Power, Squat, Split, etc.  - Score = Reps x BB Weight 2B: AMRAP in 4 minutes: Toes to Bar

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

10 Min total for the team to establish a 1rm complex for each athlete:      Complex: 3 Hang Power Cleans + 2 Hang Squat Cleans + 1 S2OH
