Let's kick 2022 off with a bang!

Lift Endure Grind is a fun competiton for individuals to test where they are at at the start of the New Year. There will be 3 Divisions to choose from: RX, Intermediate, Scaled. This competition will test your fitness through the course of 3 events. For those looking to participate in the CrossFit Open, this will provide you a great opportunity to see where you are at and what you still need to work on over the next several months.

  • Closes Jan. 3, 2022 at 11:00PM EST

Workouts

RX'd

1-rep-max complex, 5-minute time cap

  • 1 Deadlift, 1 Power Clean, 1 Jerk

Rest 2 minutes, then,

3000m Row for Time, 15-minute time cap

Rest 2 minutes, then,

Complete as many repetitions as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 100 Double Unders
  • 50 Wall Ball Shots (30/20)
  • 25 Toes-to-Bar
  • 12 Thrusters (115/85)
  • 6 Muscle-Ups
  • 3 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

 

Intermediate

1-rep-max complex, 5-minute time cap

  • 1 Deadlift, 1 Power Clean, 1 Jerk

Rest 2 minutes, then,

3000m Row for Time, 15-minute time cap

Rest 2 minutes, then,

Complete as many repetitions as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 100 Double Unders
  • 50 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
  • 25 Toes-to-Bar
  • 12 Thrusters (95/65)
  • 6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
  • 3 Handstand Push-Ups

 

Scaled

1-rep-max complex, 5-minute time cap

  • 1 Deadlift, 1 Power Clean, 1 Jerk

Rest 2 minutes, then,

3000m Row for Time, 15-minute time cap

Rest 2 minutes, then,

Complete as many repetitions as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 50 Singles
  • 25 Wall Ball Shots (14/10)
  • 12 Toes-to-Bar
  • 9 Thrusters (65/45)
  • 6 Pull-Ups
  • 3 Wall Walks
