Girls Gone Rx is proud to announce our 3rd Annual event in LA at Iron Battalion !

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Teams of 3 Badass Ladies:
4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score

With a Continuous Running Clock For Max Reps: Minutes 0:00 – 3:00 Max Rep Double Unders Minutes 3:00 – 7:00 Max Rep Toes to Bar Minutes 7:00 - 12:00 Max Rep Sandbag Toss Over Rig 35lbs/ 7ft

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

With a 9 Minute Running Clock: Establish a 1rm Clean and Jerk for each Athlete Details: *Entire Team was 9 minutes total to divide up as they wish for each athlete to establish a max lift *Clean may be any style: Muscle, Split, Power, Squat *Jerk may be any style: Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Power Jerk, Squat Jerk, Split Jerk (press out will be allowed) *Collars must be used for the lift to be counted *Score = Athlete 1 1RM + Athlete 2 1RM + Athlete 3 1RM

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

With a 15 min running clock, complete 3A and 3B simultaneously: 3A – For time: 80 Deadlifts 125lbs 20 Burpees 60 Should to Overhead 75lbs 20 Burpees 40 Pull-Ups 3B – Max Reps in 15 Minutes Cals on Rower 3B Details: (judges right score in notes) *1 Athlete will be working at a time during 3B and may swith out with 3A at any point. *Score = Total Cals

With a 12 minute continuous running clock, 1a and 1b are completed simultaneously. 1a. 150 Cal Assault Bike 1b. (judges write score in notes) 6 Rounds 6 Alternating DB Snatches 35lbs (l/r = 2) 25 Ft Single arm DB OH Lunges 35lbs 6 Alternating DB Snatches 35lbs (l/r = 2) 25 Ft Single arm DB OH Lunges 35lbs * No min work requirement. * Athlete 1 will be working on 1a, Athlete 2 will be working on 1b, Athlete 3 will be resting. Athletes can switch out on the AA Bike anytime. Athlete must finish 1 full round of 1b. before switching out with another teammate. * For every rep short, 1 second will be added to the 12 minute time cap. * Score = times for both
