Girls Gone Rx Canada is proud to announce our 1st Annual event in Pembroke, ON hosted by CrossFit Poise!


Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.


Teams of 3 Badass Ladies: 

4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score

We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

8 Minutes to establish for each athlete: 1 Rep Max Squat Clean Thruster - 8 Minutes total for all athletes. Each athlete will establish a 1RM during the 8 minutes

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For Time 100 Box Jumps 20” 75 Hang Power Snatch 55lbs 50 Deadlifts 135lbs 25 Hand Release Push Ups - Athletes may switch at any point - There is no min or max work requirement - Athletes will be given 1 barbell and will add weight for the deadlifts - Athletes will be responsible for changing their own weight - Step ups are ok - There is a 15 minute time cap for this workout - Score = Time to complete (1 sec added to cap for every rep short)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

AMRAP in 8 minutes: 30 Partner Wall Balls 14lbs to 9' 15 Power Cleans 85lbs - Athletes may switch at any point - Partner wall balls will have 2 athletes working at any given time throwing to 1 target. Each time the ball hits the target will be a rep. - No min or max work requirement - Score = Total Reps

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For Time, performed as a relay: Athlete 1: 600m Row 50 Double Unders 25 burpees to 45lb plate Athlete 2: 500m Row 75 Double Unders 20 Burpees to 45lb plate Athlete 3: 400m Row 100 Double Unders 15 Burpees to 45lb plate NOTES: - Workout performed as a relay, and must go in order. - Athletes that are not rowing their section of the relay must hang from a pull up bar while athlete is rowing their section of the relay (i.e. athlete 1 rows 600m, athletes 2 & 3 hang from bar). Once athlete completes row they may drop from the bar. - A 5 Burpee penalty will be added for every time the hanging athletes are on the ground while the athlete is rowing. It does not matter if 1 or both athletes are on the ground. - Once rowing athlete is complete with row, the penalty burpees must be completed before they may move on to their double unders. - There is a 15 minute time cap - Score = Time to complete workout
