Girls Gone Rx Canada is proud to announce our 1st Annual event in Barrie, ON hosted by CrossFit Barrie!


Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.


Teams of 3 Badass Ladies: 

4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score

Refunds

We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

WOD#1: 10 Min to Establish Athlete 1: 5RM Back Squat Athlete 2: 3RM Front Squat Athlete 3: 1RM Overhead Squat Notes: - Each athlete will pick a lift prior to 321go. - Can go in any order. - Athletes will have a rack to use.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

WOD#2: “Get a Grip” AMRAP in 10 Min: 2 Deadlifts (125lbs) 2 Pullups 4 Deadlifts 4 Pullups 6 Deadlifts 6 Pullups (8…8….10…10…12…12…14…14) ....continue adding 2 reps to each movement until the AMRAP is complete Notes: - It is up to the team how the movements are partitioned. - There is no min or max work requirement, but once an athlete starts a movement they must finish all reps of that movement.

WOD#3: “Draw Straws” Athlete 1 Row 600 Metres 30 Wallballs (14lbs to a 9’ target) 20 Hang Power Cleans (85lbs) Athlete 2 Row 400 Metres 40 Wallballs (14lbs to a 9’ target) 15 Hang Power Cleans (85lbs) Athlete 3 Row 200 Metres 50 Wallballs (14lbs to a 9’ target) 10 Hang Power Cleans (85lbs) Notes: - Complete as relay. Next Athlete may not start until previous Athlete is complete with their section of the relay. - Next Athlete may start seated in the rower, but may not have handle in hand until they are tagged. - Hang Power clean must start from above the knee. Must deadlift up the bar to the starting position.

WOD #4: "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work" 100 Medball Sit ups (14lbs) 200 Double Unders Notes: - 2 people working on the sit ups, 1 person at a time on DU. - Can't start DU until MB sit ups are done
