The 5th installment, this time at our brand new facility in Findon. 

Our mission is to deliver a fun, inclusive and scalable fitness competition.

We aim to push those more experienced athletes as they fight to become the fittest pair in Sussex. While including a scaled option for those just starting a fitness journey.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Athletes will complete, in pairs, a 3k run up the downs and back to MVMT42. There is no time cap for the workout.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

1 full clean + 2 front squat + 3 S2OH If a team is scaled the athlete can power clean and squat (followed by 2 front squats) The S2OH can be any variation, from strict press to split jerk. The bar MUST be controlled back to shoulders. If the bar is dropped from overhead the rep will not count. There is a 6min clock to find the 1RM in the set. The 2 attempts from each athlete are added together to give a total

RX 50 cal row 40 dumbell snatch 20/15 30 pull ups 20 HSPU 10 box jumps 30/24 Scaled 50 cal row 40 dumbell snatch 15/10 30 jumping pull ups 20 Press ups (on knees) 10 box jumps 24/20 10 min AMRAP. Athletes can break the work however they see fit. You MUST tag your partner to change workload.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
