Registration is now open for the 9th annual Team Challenge at Element . 

Divisions for all ability levels, whether you've been doing for 6 months or 6 years. 

Teams of 3 Men and 3 Women will throw down on an awesome day of fun, fitness and teamwork on Saturday, September 23th!

Any three team members: 4-3-2-1 Rope Climbs 15 Synchro Burpees 6-9-12-15 Synchro Squat Clean & Jerk Time Cap: 10 Minutes

Remaining three teammates: 4-3-2-1 Rope Climbs 15 Synchro Burpees 6-9-12-15 Synchro Ground-to-Overhead Time Cap: 10 Minutes
