Event description

Registration is now open for the 9th annual Team Challenge at Element CrossFit. 

Divisions for all ability levels, whether you've been doing CrossFit for 6 months or 6 years. 

Teams of 3 Men and 3 Women will throw down on an awesome day of fun, fitness and teamwork on Saturday, September 23th!

0-6 Minutes - MMM AMRAP 13 Dumbbell Snatch 11 Synchro Toes-to-Bar (any 2 male athletes) 9 Deficit Handstand Pushups 7 Synchro Chest-to-Bar Pullups (any 2 male athletes) 6-8 Minutes - Event 1B 8-14 Minutes - FFF AMRAP 7 Synchro Chest-to-Bar Pullups (any 2 female athletes) 9 Deficit Handstand Pushups 11 Synchro Toes-to-Bar (any 2 female athletes) 13 Dumbbell Snatch

Any three team members: 4-3-2-1 Rope Climbs 15 Synchro Burpees 6-9-12-15 Synchro Squat Clean & Jerk Time Cap: 10 Minutes

Remaining three teammates: 4-3-2-1 Rope Climbs 15 Synchro Burpees 6-9-12-15 Synchro Ground-to-Overhead Time Cap: 10 Minutes
