The 2017 Wyoming Open presented by Frontier will take place August 5-6th in Cheyenne, WY! We will once again be returning to beautiful Okie Blanchard Stadium to battle it out in Pro and Open divisions to declare the title of fittest in Wyoming. $3500 in cash and prizes will also be on the line!

We have left the decision on whether an athlete would like to register for the Pro or Open division up to you this year. However, Pro division registration will be an $100 instead of the traditional $75 for the open.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

5 min. to complete: 21-15-9 Wall balls (10/9, 20/14) Pull-Ups

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

6 min. to establish a 1RM snatch + 2 OHS

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 8 min. 10 C&J (Open 95/65, Pro 135/95) 10 C&J (Open 115/75, Pro 155/115) 10 C&J (Open 135/95, Pro 185/135) 10 C&J (Open 155/115, Pro 205/155) 10 C&J (Open 185/135, Pro 225/165) AMRAP C&J (Open 185/135, Pro 225/165)

6:00 AMRAP: 9 Front Squats 7 Box Jump up-and-overs 5 toes-2-bar

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Push sled 10 yds. (Open 90/135, Pro 135/180) run to sand bag & move it 10 yds. (Open 60/80, Pro 80/100) run to sled and push 10 yds. run to sandbag & move it 10 yds. Continue this pattern until both the sandbag & sled have been moved 50 yds. The sled & sandbag will begin at opposite ends of the field.
