Event description

Asbury Park Summer Games are a same sex (MM, FF) 2-person team competition hosted at Convention Hall! 

There will be 4 guaranteed workouts per team with a finals workout for each division's top 5 teams.  

Divisions include RX, Scaled and Masters (40+ as of 6.24.17)

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

8 Minutes to establish the following: (RX, Scaled, Masters) Partner A - 1 Rep Max - Clean & Jerk Partner B - 1 Rep Max - Snatch Weight can never be decreased once it has been loaded onto the bar

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

10 Minute AMRAP (RX): 15/10 Assault Bike Calories 10 Burpees Over the Bar 10 Thrusters (95/65, 115/75, 135/95, 155/105, ME 185/125) (Scaled) 10/7 Assault Bike Calories 10 Burpees Over the Bar 10 Thrusters (65/45, 75/55, 95/65, 115/75, ME 135/95) (Masters) 10/7 Assault Bike Calories 10 Burpees Over the Bar 10 Thrusters (75/55, 95/65, 115/75, 135/95, ME 155/105) Teams can split reps however they choose.

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

3 Minute AMRAP (RX): Partner A 2 Deadlift (185/125) 2 Toes to Bar 4 Deadlift 4 Toes to Bar 6 Deadlift 6 Toes to Bar (increasing by two reps each round) Partner B Performs WOD 4 (Rows for Calories) Immediately followed by: 3 Minute AMRAP Partner B continues where Partner A finished and Partner A continues WOD 4 (Rows for Calories) (Scaled) Deadlift (115/75) Knee Raises (above hips) (Masters) Deadlift (155/105) Knee Raises (above hips)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

3 Minute AMRAP: Partner A Rows for Calories while Partner B performs WOD 3. Immediately followed by: Partner A picks up where Partner B left off, and Partner B Rows for Calories.
