Girls Gone Rx is proud to announce our 2nd Annual event in Pittsburgh!

Our competitions are put on to bring all types of women together through Competing for a Cure.

Teams of 3 Badass Ladies:
4 Workouts + 1 Fundraising Score

We do not do refunds for our events, but will happily accept team exchanges if you can find someone to take your team spot.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For Time: 100 Alternating DB Snatches 35lbs 50 Toes to Bar 100 Box Jumps 20” 50 Burpees to 45lb Bumper Plate * 1 Athlete works at a time, and Athletes may switch out at any point. * Time Cap = 12 Minutes * Score = Time (1 sec added to cap for every rep short)

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

1 rep max Squat Clean Thruster Teams have 8 minutes total for each athlete to establish a 1 rep max squat clean thruster. The teams score will be each athletes heaviest successful lift. * Teams will decide the Athlete order prior to the start of the event, and must stay in that order throughout the duration of the event. * Barbell weight may go up or down throughout the event. * Barbell collars must be used for the lift to be counted. * Score = Athlete 1 1rm + Athlete 2 1rm + Athlete 3 1rm

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For Time: 100 Pull Ups 100 Push Ups 100 Sit Ups 100 Air Squats * Team may jump around movements, but once the movement is started the team must complete 50 reps before allowed to move to another. ** Example: 50 Pull Ups, 50 Push Ups, 100 Sit Ups, 50 pull ups, 100 Air squats, 50 Push Ups... Time! * Athletes may rotate work and rest as needed * 1 Athlete will work at a time * Time Cap = 15 Minutes * Score = Time (1 sec added to cap for every rep short)

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

For Time: 150 Double Unders (each team member performs 50 each) 1500m Row (each team member rows 500m) 60 Power Cleans 105# Athlete 1 starts with the double unders. Once athlete 1 is done, they can move to the row, and athlete 2 starts with the double unders. Once athlete 1 is done with the row, they may start on the power cleans, athlete 2 moves to the row, and athlete 3 starts on the double unders. Time ends when all reps are complete. * Time Cap = 10 min * Each 500m Row is 1 rep (499m is 0 reps... you must complete the 500m to be given credit) * Score = Time (1 sec added to cap for every rep short)

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better
