Event description

Our goal is to provide our local athletes an opportunity to showcase their skills and fitness levels across all capacities of strength, endurance, stamina and speed all in team events that consist of teams of 4: 2 Males/ 2 Females.

All participates will have access to a dedicated athletes area.  There will be space for family and friends to watch. 

Registration includes Athlete goody bag.

Cash Prizes for Top Rx Teams

Prizes will also be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place Rx Teams and Top 3 teams in scaled divisions

There are no refunds however you are allowed to transfer your registration to another athlete if you are unable to compete.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Male/Male: 1 mile run when both athletes are back -complete 100 calories on the airdyne ***All 4 athletes start together scores are based on Male finish time and Female finish time separately

Female/Female: 1 mile run when both athletes are back- complete 75 calories on the airdyne ***All 4 athletes start together scores are based on Male finish time and Female finish time separately

Male-Female-Male-Female 20 calorie Row 20 burpees over the bar (facing) 20 Hang power cleans Comp: 135/95 Rec: 95/65 Each athlete cannot proceed to the next station until the athlete ahead has completed that station Score is the time the last female completes her final rep 17:00 time cap

DEADLIFT LADDER RX- Males: 30 reps #315 REC: Male: 30 reps #225 20 reps #365 20 reps #275 10 reps #405 10 reps #315 Females: 30 reps #225 REC: Female: 30 reps #155 20 reps #255 20 reps #175 10 reps #275 10 reps #205 Break down the reps as you choose between partners HOWEVER each athlete must do one rep at each station for following repetitions to count
