CrossFit 11:24 is excited and proud to introduce REIGN - A Fall Fitness Festival!

On Saturday, OCT 16, REIGN will take place at CrossFit 11:24 In Marietta, GA. Register your Team of 3 to join us for a full day of CrossFit competition powered by Evertrain.

Bring your family & friends to watch the competition, play free games, enjoy food, and win prizes.

REIGN will consist of same-sex teams with (3) members per team. Teams can register for either RX or Scaled division.

Athlete Check-In: 7:00am EST

Athlete Briefing: 7:30am EST

Total Number Of Events: 3 WODs + 1 Floater WOD

*Workouts will be released before the day of the event but are subject to change based on CrossFit 11:24’s testing and discretion.*



On a 14 minute running clock......

Complete 9RFT: (3R per teammate)

5 Deadlifts (315/225)(225/155)

50 Double Unders (SU for scaled)

10 OHS (135/95) (Front Squat for scaled)

*each teammate to do 1 full round then tag other teammate in to complete full round. 

Once all teammates have completed 3 rounds per, they will complete a 60/48 Cal Echo bike. 

Score: overall completion time



Clean Ladder - each team member must perform 3 Touch-And-Go cleans (power or squat) within :90 seconds before advancing in weight.


1. RX: 185/125 S: 135/95

2. RX: 205/145 S: 155/105

3. RX: 225/155 S: 165/115

4. RX: 245/165 S: 175/125

5: RX: 265/175 S: 185/135

6: RX: 285/185 S: 205/145

*7th barbell tiebreaker will be for max cleans in :90 seconds at the same weight as final barbell

*score will be each teammates heaviest successfully completed barbell added together

15 Hand Stand Push-Up (2 Partner - Synchro)
