Event description

The “CFI Summertime Madness 2017” is a same sex partner competition. There will be 4 divisions, Movements and Weights are posted:

·       RX Male- WOD Movements: Cleans 135lb, C2B Pull-Ups, SB Lunges 70lb, SB Run 70lb#, Sled Push 155lb, DU's, DB Snatch 50lb, Burpees, Box Jumps 24", T2B

·       RX Female- WOD Movements: Cleans 95lb, C2B Pull-Ups, SB Lunges 70lb, SB Run 70lb#, Sled Push 135lb, DU's, DB Snatch 35lb, Burpees, Box Jumps 24", T2B

·       Scaled Male- WOD Movements: Cleans 95lb, Pull-Ups, SB Lunges 40lb, SB Run 40lb, Sled Push 135lb, Single Unders, DB Snatch 35lb, Burpees, Box Jumps/Step Overs 20", Hanging Knee Raise

·       Scaled Female- WOD Movements: Cleans 65lb, Pull-Ups, SB Lunges 40lb, SB Run 40lb, Sled Push 110lb, Single Unders, DB Snatch 20lb, Burpees, Box Jumps/Step Overs 20", Hanging Knee Raise

Every team will participate in 3 workouts, two main workouts and a floater WOD. All Movements will be released in advance of the event.

The competition will be held at Insanity, Located in Irvine, CA. There will be plenty of on-site parking and ample space for athletes to set up tents.

Check-in will be from 6:30am-7:15am, the athlete briefing will be at 7:15am, and Heat 1 of WOD 1 will begin at 8:00am Sharp.

 No refunds will be issued.

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better | Tiebreaker: Completed Reps (If Time Capped)
