Event description

This is a competition fundraiser for the Community of Strength Project! All registration fees will go to supporting Baltimore City's Youth through fitness.

This is a competition made for athletes of all levels. The three workouts will be released in advance, but are currently TBD. You will complete all three workouts in your team's 60 min assigned time slot. What you can expect from the workouts is running, rowing, skiing, and biking, a competition modeled after our Capacity class on Sundays. Any other movements included will be beginner friendly (ie plank, wall sit, etc). 


Your division will depend on the genders of your team members. We will have a M/M division and F/F division.
