Event description

The Phoenix is a Central Women’s Competition designed for Intermediate level female competitors. The Phoenix  will test your individual abilities against your peers.  Ladies, this is your chance to rise up, take on a new challenge and prove to yourself exactly what you are capable of!

8:00am – 3:00pm

Limited to 130 women 


Divisions include Amateur, Scaled, Masters 40-49, and Masters 50+

$90 per athlete


NEW: Teens and Kids Division: Ages 8-15 

Age Brackets 8-11 & 12-15 
$40 per athlete

Limited to 20


2 WODs + 1 Floater WOD + Top Ten Finale WOD


*Scaled Division can scale down anyway you need to!*


AFTER PARTY @ JAVELINAS directly following competition 


 Qualifications – Intermediate Level Competition

Not a Regional Level competitor (team OR individual)

ting 6 months-2 years

Advanced skills and strength not required


Other Additional Details: If you are an advanced or elite level competitor or coach, please consider volunteering or judging at this event! Athletes that qualify for Regional as an individual or team member are not eligible to compete at this event.


*To judge, you must register as a volunteer and indicate in the notes section that you would like to "JUDGE"


**Judges/Volunteers register by MARCH 29th to guarantee shirt size!

What to Bring: 

   Water Bottle, competition food/snacks, coolers are OK

   Jump rope & tape

   Lawn chairs, blankets, sun umbrellas, sunblock

  Change of clothes for the after party!

 

Spectators (men are allowed too) are free!

 

Kids & Pets on a leash are welcome!


*Refund Policy- After April 1st, it is up to the athlete to find a replacement if she is unable to compete on the day of the invite. No refunds will be issued after April 1st.

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

1 min Max reps - 3/4 BW back sq Rest one min 1 min Max reps - BW DL Rest one min 1 min Max burpee to plate

Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better | Tiebreaker: Body Weight

4 min to find max Thruster x2 Tiebreaker= Bodyweight

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better
