T-Bay's Fittest 

Let's see who's the fittest in Thunder Bay! This individual competition will have two divisions, RX and Scaled for both males and females. What's the prize?? The prize is bragging rights and some extra fitness heading into summer. The event is FREE and open for anyone in Thunder Bay to join. Videos will not be required. Workouts will be brought to you by the following: 807 Fitness, Superior CrossFit, Sled Dog and NP Fitness.

Workout dates:

May 10th-June 6th
Workouts will be released starting Monday May 10th with submissions closing Sunday night. There's a total of 4 workouts. Each week a workout will be released on Monday with the deadline to submit your score by Sunday.
