The Youth FitFest Competition welcomes ALL athletes between the ages 7-17 to come and test their fitness in a competitive environment and see how they compare to their peers in a functional fitness competition.

All ages are based on being “of age” as of May 28, 2017.

VARSITY RX MALE/FEMALE [AGES 15 – 17]
VARSITY SCALED MALE/FEMALE [AGES 15 – 17]
JR. VARSITY RX MALE/FEMALE [AGES 13 – 14]
JR. VARSITY SCALED MALE/FEMALE [AGES 13 – 14]
PRETEEN MALE/FEMALE [AGES 10 – 12 ]
KIDS MALE/FEMALE [AGES 7 – 9]

All athletes will compete in a minimum of 3 workouts over the day and will test their abilities in a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and mono-structural movements.
Come and enjoy the day! Compete, have fun, meet new friends, and get some workouts in!
