This is PRIMAL! A new functional fitness race inspired by our service men and women through out various branches of our military. Over seas most of our service men and women do not have the luxury of having a gym loaded with equipment. So, they make do with what they have. Ruck sacks, body weight, and mental grit provide grueling workouts that take you to a primal state. 

On April 23-24, in Fort Worth TX, Berzurk will present its new functional fitness race at Fitcon. Teams of 3 will undergo a 4 stage challenge all while racing the clock. You’ll only have 55 minutes to complete all 4 stages. Do you and your team have what it takes?

Various Heat Times

Heat Times will be created and determined by what time slots you registered your team for. You will be assigned your heat time no later than April 11, 2021 at 11:59PM.

Friday Evening Heats: Start at 5PM. Last heat at 8PM.

Saturday Morning Heats: Start at 10PM. Last heat 1PM.

Saturday Afternoon Heats: Start at 2PM. Last heat 5PM.

Each heat will have a 5 team limit. 

60 Team limit for this event. 

Team Size:

3 individuals

Teams can be 3 Men, 3 Women, 2 Men 1 Woman, 2 Women 1 Man.
