Hey, athletes! We're so excited for another opportunity to create the best competition experience you've ever had. We're proud to present Summer Swolestice 3, bigger and better than ever on July 10, 2021. This year, teams will be same-sex and we're offering an RX, intermediate, and scaled division. Our youth division returns for 8-12 year old competitors. The day will be packed full of fun workouts programmed by me, so please arrive between 6-7am for check in!

My name is Emma Cary and I am the 2019 CrossFit Games champion in the 14-15 division. Proceeds from this competition will support my journey back to the Games. This year, I've set a huge goal that has never been done before. I want to qualify for the 2021 CrossFit Games as an Elite Individual athlete, even though I have one more year eligible as a teen. I am supported by so many amazing people and have no doubt that WE can do big things this season. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your support. My motto is, "Make yourself proud!" and I know that Summer Swolestice 3 will be an event to be proud of!
