Don't think you are ready for the 2021 CrossFit Open? Struggling to stay motivated in your freezing cold garage?

I know I am, which is why my team and I are putting together this FREE collection of Open Prep workouts.

We want you to get excited about pushing yourself and testing your fitness, so we are throwing in prizes for both performance and participation.

The top male and female athletes will win a limited edition BRKR toque while everyone who completes every workout will be entered into a draw for an even bigger prize!

Workouts are released Monday starting Feb 1st with submissions closing Sunday Night! Each workout include RX and scaled version and we will also be providing at home modifications.

Just like the open, there will be a combined leaderboard: You can pick and choose where you go all in on the RX.

So please join me, have some fun, and MAYBE win a toque!

Equipment / Movement requirements for RX:

135/95 Barbell and the ability to cycle

A place to safely perform strict pull ups

A 24/20 inch box to jump over

A 50/35lb dumbbell

A Jump Rope

A set of rings and the ability to perform strict ring dips.

Workout dates:

Workouts will be released on Monday, starting Feb 1st; however, we will be completing them on the following dates as a community via ZOOM and welcome you to join us.
