THE FORGE GAUNTLET IS HERE!! 
 
Saturday, April 29th, 8:00am 

Teams of 4
4 Guys or 4 Gals

Two Divisions
RX or Fun

Registration is $200/team.  

The Gauntlet is unlike any other Inner box we have done!  

Check in will be an hour and fifteen minutes before your heat starts!!!! Warm Up area will only be open to the next heat up.  

WOD's will be posted soon!!! 


Then… 1 free Beer as you cheer on your fellow athletes!! 



Scoring: For Weight: Heavier is Better

Teams will have 7 minutes to complete the following, one person will complete each max. - 1RM Power Clean - 1RM Squat Clean - 1RM Power Clean & Jerk - 1RM Squat Clean & Jerk One barbell per team, therefore one person lifting at a time. **3 Min Break to WOD #2**

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

2 Athletes will complete the following: 4min AMRAP 10 C2B Pull-Ups (Teammates can assist - Scaled) 5 Squat Snatch (135/95 - RX) (95/65 - Scaled) Must complete all 15 reps individually. Rotate back and forth between partners until 4 min is up. **2 min Transition to WOD #3**

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

Remaining 2 Athletes will complete the following: 4min AMRAP 10 DB Snatches (50/35 - RX) (35/20 - Scaled) 5 Burpees Box Jump Overs (24/20) Must complete all 15 reps individually. Rotate back and forth between partners until 4 min is up. **8 min Rest until WOD #4**

2 Athletes Complete the Following: 5min AMRAP 30 DB Lunge (Front Rack) (50/35 - RX) (35/20 - Scaled) 30 TTB 30 DB Power Clean 20 DB Lunge 20 Bar MU 20 DB Power Clean Teams of 2 working together, only one athlete may work at a time. Break up reps however you wish. **2 min Transition to WOD #5**

Remaining 2 Athletes will Complete the Following: 5 min ARMAP 20 Thrusters (95/65) 60 Double Unders Athletes can break up reps however they wish, only one athlete working at at time. **5 min Break to WOD #6**

Scoring: For Repetitions: More is Better

14min AMRAP 150 Deadlifts (225/155 - RX) (155/105 - Scaled) 150 Wall Ball Overs (20/14 - RX and Scaled) 150 DB Push Press (50/35 - RX) (35/20 - Scaled) One athlete working at at time, reps can be split up however you wish. One athlete will be on the rower during the 12 min accumulating max calories. Teams can switch the athlete on the rower at any time.

Max Calories on the rower for 12 min while other athletes complete the movements in WOD #6
