Grab your fitness BFF and get ready for a fun challenge!

This year’s Bangkok Throwdown West Sectional has Female pair and Male pair divisions!

While the Region’s top athletes will be fighting for spots at The Asia Championship Grand Finals, local box talent will have the opportunity to compete for the title “Universe Buddy Champs 2017” (Copyrights applied), arguably the most recognized fitness title in the Universe.

 

Here are the details for our new divisions:

Minimum Requirements:

Men:

Both athletes must be able to perform pull ups

Both athletes must be able to climb rope

Both athletes must have 1 rep maxes of at least 115 lbs snatch, 175 lbs clean

Both athletes must be able to row 1 km in under 4:10

1 athlete must be able to perform muscle ups

 

Women:

Both athletes must be able to climb rope

Both athletes must have 1-rep maxes of at least 65 lbs snatch, 95 lbs clean

Both athletes must be able to row 1 km in under 5:00

1 athlete must be able to perform chest to bar pull ups

 

Entry Fee:

2500 Baht

(non refundable after payment, if teams change please resolve on your own)

April 17th at midnight Bangkok!
