Ladies only individual competition

Scaled division: 22/01/2021 

RX division: 23/01/2021



SCALED DIVISION: the workouts are designed for beginner athletes who are still learning the basic movements but have a general understanding of crossfit.

Movement requirements: 14lbs wall balls, barbell snatch, 45kg deadlift

Anyone with a good knowledge and ability in crossfit SHOULD NOT enter the scaled category even if you are not able to perform ALL basic movements.

RX DIVISION: the workouts are designed for more experienced athletes who are able to perform the basic movements and have a good knowledge of crossfit.

Movement requirements: TTB, 20lbs wall balls, barbell snatch, 80kg deadlift, DU


Once you have registered for the competition, your fees will be non-refundable even if you are unable to attend the competition. You can however offer your position to someone else and will need to notify us of the change as soon as possible.
