This will be the 5th annual WOD Wars partner competition!  ALL Proceeds will be donated to local organizations that support local fire, police and veterans!

Divisions: Teams of 2, Rx/scaled Women, Rx/scaled Men,Rx/ Scaled Co-ed

STANDARDS: RX: T2B, C&J/Snatch 135/95, Deadlift 305/205, Double Unders, Box Jumps, Front Squats 155/115, OHS 135/95 Male: Muscle ups, pistols (at least one team member); 

Female: C2B, pistols (at least one team member)

Scaled: Pull ups, C&J/ 115/75, Snatch 95/65, Deadlifts 185/135, Single Jump Rope, Box Step ups, Front Squats 115/75, OHS 95/65

Scoring: For Time: Fastest is Better

Max points for this workout: 50 Each Partner will complete a 250 M Row for Time. The rows will be recorded and submitted prior to June 1.

Max points for this workout: 100 WOD Starts with 50' Rope stretched out (Partner A will start on a Mat at the end of rope and Partner B will Start on a mat at the sled end) 3,2,1 Go... Partner A Pulls Sled to him/her past a line then does 21 Burpees (Chest to the Ground and Jump on top of #45 Plate, no hip opening required) Partner A will run the rope all the way back to Partner B and Partner B will pull the Sled back and do 21 Burpees. Partner B then must run the rope back to the other end behind line.

Max points for this workout: 100 • Partner A completes 15 Clean and Jerks on Mat#1 • Partner A moves to Assault Bike (30 Calories) upon completion of 15 C&J. • Partner B completes 15 Clean & Jerks same time as Partner A does 30 Calories on Bike. • Partner B moves Bar to Mat #2 and moves to Bike to complete 30 Calories. • Partner A completes final set of 15 C&J on Mat #2 as Partner B completes 30 Calories. • Partner B completes final set of 15 C& J on Mat #2.

Max points for this workout: 100 50 Double Unders Each (100 Singles) 50 Snatches 135/95/95/65 50 Wall Balls 20/14/14/10 50 Bar Muscle Ups (C2B/Pull Ups) • Each Athlete completes jump ropes one after the other. • Remaining 50 reps of each movement can be divided any way a team wants. • Have to complete all 50 reps before moving to the next movement. • Score is time Reps completed in 8 Min. 1 Round= 250 Reps RX (350 scaled) • Mens RX Muscle Ups. Ladies RX/Mens Scaled Pull Ups. Co-ed RX men/Muscle Up-Ladies/C2B. Scaled Ladies-Chin over Bar Pull Ups.
